Warp knitted brushed PES & PA (velours), even at low weights, are characterised by a stable structure, high durability and good abrasion resistance.
During the raising process, individual threads are not broken but lifted from the fabric surface without being damaged. As a result, a loop structure is formed that is highly effective for hook-and-loop fastening systems.
Warp-knitted velour fabrics are used across a wide range of industries, from children’s products, underwear and medical devices, through toys, garment components, bias bindings and abrasive discs, to advanced industrial applications including aviation, automotive and heavy industry.
The most common uses of this velour are:

If necessary, it is possible to modify the parameters of the knitted fabric (width, weight, finish), as well as to make a color for the customer's sample.
