How do we work?
We begin by learning about your concept and expectations. Together we discuss the intended application of the fabric, its functions, conditions of use and the required technical parameters.
We also analyse existing solutions and look for ways to develop a new fabric that improves on products currently available on the market.
We select the appropriate yarns, fabric structures and knit densities to meet the defined requirements. During this stage we consider among others strength, elasticity, intended use and other key technical parameters.
We design the fabric and produce trial batches on our Karl Mayer machines. These prototypes allow us to verify the initial design assumptions and evaluate the fabric parameters under conditions close to real-world use.
Based on test results and customer feedback, we refine the fabric design. We can modify the structure, weight (gsm), raw material composition or other parameters to achieve the optimal performance and final result.
We start full-scale production according to the agreed parameters and quality control procedures. We ensure consistent supply and full compliance of the final product with the previously approved samples.
We deliver the finished fabric, ready to be integrated into your manufacturing process. At this stage, our work becomes part of your technology chain, providing a material precisely tailored to your requirements.
